Live Review: Blondebears unveil their nostalgic new clip for 'Dissolve'

South Sydney electronic duo BLONDEBEARS have just dropped the stunning sentimental visual accompaniment for their debut single 'Dissolve.' Shot by multi-talented artist, MOOKHI, the clip takes viewers to various picturesque locations in South Sydney, and we can assure you it'll have you melting too when you hear it. Their experimental style is equally emotional, as it is mesmerising. Blondebears return to their roots, taking us on a journey where it all began for them as artists, and as people.

'Dissolve' is shot in a unique low-fi style with a warm acid wash that gives the clip its distinctly nostalgic style. Blondebears' hypnotic baseline and gooey electronica fuse together and build the tension of the track. Mookhi certainly captured the essence of innocent child like memories, the crackling textures and warm tones make the 'Dissolve' feel like an old film reel. Blondebears display real finesse with their debut single, there is an immense maturity about the production of 'Dissolve.' Blondebears have nailed the light and shade effortlessly, the duo really know when to hold back and let the subtle textures shine through.
