Live Review: PREMIERE: Arm In Arm's 'Nightfly' clip is a haunting, kaleidoscopic dream

Made up of Eliza JacobsLuke Moore-Martin, Melbourne duo ARM IN ARM are on a huge roll at the moment. Flanked by their huge house sound infused with tinges of melodic soul, the duo are today sharing with us a massive clip to accompany their single 'Nightfly', which we're premiering today!

The track itself gained some huge acclaim from seminal electronic act Booka Shade, so much so that they put out an official remix of the track.

What's most exciting about this particular visual project from Arm In Arm is how exceptionally accurate this visual representation of the single is. Where the single is driven by these deep, dark house moments, the bassy female vocals perfectly compliment this mood, and together, we're delivered this brooding, cinematic single.

The clip follows along in the same vein, driven forward by these visions of symmetry, creating a kaleidoscopic prism of dark hues, haunting imagery and a mood that perfectly reflects that of the single.

Arm In Arm are fast building up their repertoire with not only these perfectly distinct sounds, but they're crafting a vision and a visual aesthetic that works hard to match this mood. I think it's a really tough one to be able to keep the vision consistent, but they're continually delivering consistency with both ease and finesse.
