Summer Dance will be bringing the heat for their third dance of the season

Astral People‘s Summer Dance series held annually at the National Art School in Darlinghurst have just announced a monstrous third instalment of their 2018/19 program.

This one’s going down on Sunday, February 10 and if you thought their previous lineups were stellar, this one is a damn exceptional addition to the event’s history.

International electronic pioneer Floating Points will be jetting over from the UK to deliver an ambitious, forward-thinking DJ set. Having spent the better part of 2018 touring across the globe, including shows at Love International, Dekmantel, Panorama NYC & Primavera Sound, this one will be a set to remember.

Local legend Adi Toohey will be taking to the decks too. A bonafide dance commander, she’s spent the last couple of years playing to crowds all across town, delivering all of the best cuts to radios across Sydney on Saturday Sunset on FBi Radio, and fast becoming one of the most admired names in Australian dance music.

Also on support, Andy & Oscar, head honchos of Eureka Inc.. They’re no strangers to the party, with their collective running a string of events across town over the years, including the infamous Mary Street Warm Up party that happens annually just outside of the Newtown Festival. The pair are kept in great company, and will provide the perfect soundtrack to your golden hour at Summer Dance.

Would HIGHLY recommend jumping on tickets ASAP as they’re most definitely set to sell out. Grab em here while they’re hot.
