Top 5 places to go for a night out in Canberra/Australia/The World

Canberra has an awesome house party scene. With a core group of people really driving it along, teeing up staging, lighting and sounds, local and interstate entertainment, and sometimes free booze!

Of course Purple Sneakers is one of our main go-to's here in Canberra. Transit Bar dfloor, front and centre, every month!

Top 5 Music/Entertainment Websites (apart from Purple Sneakers of course!)

If you know how to use Soundcloud and Twitter well, you can be on top of some really cutting edge music, before it starts doing the rounds on blogs!

Also, it's pretty hard to find fault in Pitchfork's content - particularly when you have a diverse taste like we do. I can't understand how people can only be into one type of music...

Aussie blogs like Stoney Roads, provide great dance music and news; Pollo Erotico is fantastic for super smooth disco tunes.
