Live Review: WATCH: TWERPS 'Through The Day'

Been too busy gazing at your shoes to listen to TWERPS? Come on guys, get it together. Also did you like my joke? Because Twerps play shoegaze, see? Yeah, wordplay. But seriously, you should be listening to them, because they sound like lying in a field of dandelions whilst someone good-looking feeds you marshmallows. Not descriptive enough? They sound like staring up at the stars whilst they change formation to make ultra-new constellations, just for you.

Since the release of their debut EP, The Twerps in 2009, and then last year’s full-length self-titled (they dropped the The) album, Twerps have been captivating adoring fans, and we’re sad to see them go. Yes, after they tour Australia with Real Estate in March they’re headed to the US for South by Southwest Festival and Real Estate’s US tour.

They’ve just put out a brand new video for your viewing pleasure. Lick your lips, this is going to taste good.

When you title your song ‘Through the Day,’ it’s worth showing your fans exactly what it is you do every day. It just makes sense. Looks like they brush their teeth, eat, hang out with their super cute dog… Yes, Twerps chill in perfect conjunction with their shoegaze sounds.
