WATCH: Chet Faker 'Terms and Conditions'

Spell binding stuff coming from the direction of Melbourne self described 'Future Beat' producer and singer CHET FAKER. This one is titled 'Terms & Conditions' and showcases FAKER's talent for fusing interesting and engaging beat instrumentals with delicately and carefully created pop-sensible songwriting.

The video for the track is fairly straight forward. It cuts between the performer singing the entirety of the song from the bed of a hotel room, to the woman who he's infatuated with being involved with water before falling backwards into a lake. Girl walking through a forest - very 2012.
