Now although we’ve been vibing the hell out of our new Sydney club, Discovery - that doesn’t mean we’ve been neglecting out baby in Melbourne. And this week, CANT SAY is bringing you one of their biggest parties to date. It’s a massive night of disco infused tunes, featuring one of the most impressive international Electronic acts of 2012.

That’s right, coming in from the states for his debut Australian Tour – GOLDROOM is heading up this already huge bill.

Born out of Los Angeles Synth-Pop trio NightWaves, Goldroom is Josh Legg’s solo effort and production alias. An amalgamation of dreamy synths, emotive vocals, and tropical disco grooves, Legg paints the soundscape of summertime in Los Angeles.

In the past year and half Goldroom has self-released his Angeles EP, as well releasing a slew of remixes for buzzworthy acts like Penguin Prison, Poolside and CANT SAY alumni, Gigamesh. His massive remix for Niki & The Dove has been streamed over 120,000 times on Soundcloud and has been a staple of some of the world’s biggest tastemaker DJs such as The Magician, Aeroplane and Alex Metric.

Expect all of these originals, remixes and tropical grooves to be sailing through the tunnels on Friday night.

The main support for the night is being handled by Sydney sider, LANCELOT, who was chosen to support Goldroom on all of his Australian appearances. And it’s no wonder either; as the 22 year old producer has been going from strength to strength over the past year.

Composing for orchestras while studying at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, laying down a bunch of official remixes for Matt Corby, New Navy, Sparkadia, Faker, etc and releasing his debut EP, We Can Dance, is just the start for this kid. Make sure you get yourself to the main room to get lost in his hypnotic beats.

With Melbourne home-grown hero BENSON and the rest of the CANT SAY army rounding out the bill, it's the sort of party that is going to get you sweating in some questionable areas.

How did you get home last night?
