After four sell out years MINISTRY OF SOUND CLASSICS returns to that classy little Sydney joint know as the Ivy Courtyard.

Syndey-siders prepare to have have your New Years day filled with MINISTRY OF SOUND tunes as MINISTRY OF SOUND CLASSICS take-over the Ivy Courtyard and pump out anthemic legends of their archives.

After four sell out years MINISTRY OF SOUND CLASSICS returns to that classy little Sydney joint know as the Ivy Courtyard.

This is one of Sydney's most beloved New Years day events, which is no suprised given that it offers itself as a sun-soaked party vibes by day and shimmy-inducing beats well into the night, Classics has become the iconic Sydney event to welcome in the New Year, with 2013 heralding the events 7th annual instalment.

Classics NYD is the discerning clubber’s party playground - covering everything from dance music’s disco origins through to open-hat house of the 90s and the electronic revolution of the new millennium, all set in the surrounds of Sydney’s premiere indoor/outdoor venue.

Taking over two areas of Ivy, this year Classics welcomes to the decks a who’s who of Australia’s clubbing revolutionaries including Ajax, Kid Kenobi and Mark Dynamix with support from locals John Glover, Ping Pong DJ’s, Ben Morris and Shamus in the Courtyard. Peddling his own brand of reedit magic in the Den is none other than disco-soul vigilante Late Nite Tuff Guy, alongside Simon Caldwell, Nick Law and Trent Rackus, all there to provide the ultimate sound track to your new year’s day shenanigans.

So skip the dusty fields, toilet queues and RTDs and kick out the chairs in style this new year’s day with MINISTRY OF SOUND CLASSICS.
