On The Harbour 2012 Lineup Announced

30 November 2012 | 9:00 am | Tom Hutchins

Falcona has again teamed up with Cargo to Present New Years Eve On The Harbour 2012 and the lineup will most likely make you burst out with tears of joy.

New Years Eve is slowly creeping up, and if you’re like us (which we hope you are) we’re pretty sure you’re already on the lookout for something exciting enough to do. Of course there are festivals, but if that ain’t your thing and you’re more into the city nightlife, we have the party to end all parties – if you reside in Sydney that is.

Following-on from the huge sold out success of the last 2 years; Falcona has again teamed up with Cargo to Present New Years Eve On The Harbour 2012. And not only does this news make us a little wet in our undercarriage, we’re also here to tell you that the lineup itself will most likely make you burst out with tears of joy.

The guys behind the festival have stepped up to a massive level, as the party is going to be something never before attempted by any human person at a venue of this size. Especially since you’ll have the globe trotting electronic juggernauts, better known as PNAU, helping to ring in the beginning of 2013 as your headliners for the night.

Now for those of you who haven’t been keeping up with your latest PNAU goss, the duo – made up of Peter Mayes and Nick Littlemore – have recently signed to Elton John’s record label, which is pretty rad in itself. But they haven’t stopped there; they’ve produced with countless artists overseas, have been heading-up music direction of Cirque Du Soleil and are topping the charts again with the uplifting collaboration with Elton John, Good Morning To The Night.

Helping PNAU and their talented band ring in the New Year, will be a myriad of super cool supports. They come in the form of: dance legend AJAX; the upcoming indie dance duo attempting to steal to PNAU’s place at the top – YesYou; the lovable and super talented production Queen of Electro-Pop - Elizabeth Rose; DJ Flagrant’s amazing AV/DJ show, the chaotic Sosueme DJs and one half of our favourite DJ duo What So Not - Emoh Instead.

So with that all being said, it looks like your plans have to be made around this event. And with more acts to be announced for a night on a wonderful and pristine location - have we convinced you yet, or what?

If we have managed to convince you, maybe you should get your hands on some tickets, yeah? They're on sale now via cargonye.com.
