Live Review: LISTEN: ASAP Ferg 'Shabba' ft. ASAP Rocky

In anticipation of his new album 'Trap Lord', ASAP Ferg is beginning to build up the energy with the new track 'Shabba' featuring his crew chief ASAP ROCKY.

After getting some buzz on the remix 'Work' (which also featured ASAP ROCKY) Ferg is back with this track dedicated to dancehall legend, SHABBA. Though the lyrics are simplistic "Eight gold rings like I'm Sh-Shabba Ranks/ Four gold rings like I'm Sh-Shabba Ranks" You listen for the energy that emits off the track. It reminds me of something OL' DIRTY BASTARD might play with.

'Trap Lord' is scheduled to release on the 20th of August (falling just under a year from the release of the last ASAP Mob mixtape)
