If there is anyone that is at the top of the party table, it's Fool's Gold Records co-founder Nick Catchdubs. His debut single is 'Bizness' and it's great.

If there is anyone that is at the top of the party table, it's Fool's Gold Records co-founder NICK CATCHDUBS. This guy has a reputation that's unmatched; rocking clubs, festivals, radio and mixtapes for years - all while holding down one of the world's most influential independent record labels. And today, we get the first taste of his solo work.

Catchdubs' debut original release, yep even though he's been in the scene for a hell of long time, 'Bizness', features trailblazing Bay Area MCs IAMSU! and Jay Ant. It really synthesizes a lifetime of DJ know-how into two and a half minutes of foul-mouthed robot funk - whilst maintaining some serious hip-hop and tribal rhythmic vibes. The single package also features remixes from Astronomar and ETC!ETC! and the track itself will be smashed in between a collection of even more surprise collaborations, unconventional club bangers, and joyously bugged-out vibes on Nick's upcoming debut LP, Smoke Machine.

Accompanying this massive debut single is an equally impressive video. The clip is a collaborative work between Catchdubs and the alt comedy network JASH. It's directed by Scott Jacobson and stars a hysterical cast from Mighty BooshStrangers With CandyNathan For You and Bob's Burgers. It follows the day to day life of a number of employees within the 'Bizness' and successfully takes visit takes rap video absurdity to awesome new heights. We hope its how things go down day to day over at Fool's Gold. Or perhaps YouTube user, John McLachlan, is right when he says:
