Two years after we first heard from Sydney electronic crooner OLIVER TANK, we're finally getting news of a brand new EP. It's been a pretty long wait, but after you listen to the EP's first single - you'll be happy you were patient.
Okay okay, he never really left the limelight all together, filling the two years with high profile support slots and festival appearances. But we know all of Tank’s fans have been awaiting new material with baited anticipation. So the news of this new EP and accompanying single, ‘Different Speed’, must be very relieving for them all.
To make matters more exciting, 'Different Speed' also features the brilliant production of everyone's favourite Perth resident, Ta-ku. Tank took care of the vocals and melodies, whilst Ta-ku provided him with a bed of beats. Tank then layered his signature ambient sounds over the top.

Its a beautiful beginning to the next chapter of Oliver Tank, and if the rest of the EP sounds like this, it's going to be one of the best releases of 2013.
With the EP release slated for later this year via Create/Control, you’ll be able to sample his forthcoming wares at one of his upcoming shows:
