Chad Valley Unveils 'Turks & Caicos' Side-project w/'Cars Outside'

You can feel instantly the slow and steady rise of synth from TURKS & CAICOS. Not only is this the name of a luxury island where people renew their wedding vows, but Turks & Caicos happens to be Hugo Manuel or better known as Chad Valley.

This song is one you can listen to over and over again with little chance of exhaustion. The vibes are so smooth you think that Manuel had taken to them with a sander. 'Cars Outside' features dreamy vocal work that is consistent with Chad Valley's aesthetic, while the subtle electronic tones make for a pleasantly deep track.

What we may miss from the work of Chad Valley is easily substituted with Turks & Caicos' gentle and echoey vibes on 'Cars Outside'. By drifting off into this world of silky synth you almost miss the yearning of the lyrics about wanting to bail, but your significant other just not budging. We have all been in that situation at least once. You totally get us, man.
