Swedish producer Tobtok has announced that with the help of Kitsuné, he’ll be releasing his highly anticipated debut EP.

After several hefty collaborations with some incredibly reputable artists, TOBTOK has announced that with the help of Kitsuné, he’ll be releasing his highly anticipated debut EP.

Out on the 17th of November, it will be titled ‘Savanna’ and will feature 3 tracks and 2 remixes. RIVER and HOODLEM will both feature on the record, stepping up the sound of the record to new heights. The Swedish producer takes particular influence from the warming French sounds of nu disco and house with a splash of pop.

The single itself, ‘Savanna’ featuring the smooth as peanut butter vocals from RIVER, is this tropical, almost ‘tiki’ like track with a fantastic emphasis on creating a hook with huge atmosphere.

It’s big in its delivery, and is certainly attentive in the way it’s been created. The synths are so well mannered and tempered that this track comes across as something so sincere and so much like a fanfare, it’s quite breathtaking.

TOBTOK has given us a taste of the sound he’s been so carefully manufacturing, and in short, it's made us more excited for the EP just that bit more.
