Atlanta’s house scene consistently kicks out catchy beats and party prepped tracks. The latest one to fall into that category comes from TREASURE FINGERS.

Atlanta’s house scene consistently kicks out catchy beats and party prepped tracks. The latest one to fall into that category comes from TREASURE FINGERS with his new song, ‘Koolaid’.

Mashing together Detroit techno and acid house, ‘Koolaid’ is the first single released on the former Fool’s Gold affiliate’s own new label, Psycho Disco. The song has that mildly gimmicky yet undeniably catchy repetition and persistent snare that we found on tracks like Bon Voyage’s ‘Booshie’.

Treasure Fingers is a playful producer and this is a playful track, so take it as that. The electronic, robotic message beats through speakers telling us that, well, more warning us, Treasure Fingers is "in your house, drinking all your Koolaid". It’s a statement of mildly aggressive intent. Back off Treasure Fingers, that’s my Koolaid.

The one line hook is sure to get sun soaked house heads pumped up on copious amounts of fizzy pop jumping around and chanting along to the puerile lyric.

‘Koolaid’ arrives as the first single from his summer beverage-themed EP, Koolaid & Sunny-D.
