Live Review: What to listen to 'On The Fly' with JACKAL

29 March 2016 | 11:17 am | Staff Writer

JACKAL has picked out some deliciously chill, and spacious electronic creations that must make flying the world over a breeze.

JACKAL's numbers speak for themselves, constantly smashing one million plus plays on SoundCloud has cemented his position one of electronic music’s most dynamic producers.

This position has sent him around the world and landed the attention of heavyweight dance labels such as Mad Decent, OWSLA and Buygore, as well as even getting repped in sets from the big players; Skrillex, Diplo and Flosstradamus!

The LA-based bass act has just touched down in Australia for a massive string of shows across Australia and New Zealand, and we thought since that LA flight is some serious long-haul business, we'd ask what his favourite 'On The Fly' tracks are. Aka those tracks you just can't travel without.

Considering that JACKAL sits at the high end of international bass and trap music, we must admit we were expecting a mixtape of heavy sounds, but instead, the rising producer has picked out some deliciously chill, and spacious electronic creations that must make flying the world over a breeze. Enjoy.
