Live Review: GRMM teams up with Quinn XCII for new single 'Something From Nothing'

GRMM's first single of 2016 has arrived, and it's a killer track. 'Something From Nothing' features the soothing vocals of Detroit talent Quinn XCII.

GRMM is back in 2016 with his guns blaring. 2015 saw the young producer release his debut EP Die Young, which reached huge success globally, passing over 2.5 million listens worldwide.

From there, GRMM got the attention of UK artist Rudimental, ultimately resulting in the opening slot for their Australian tour.

Now, his first single of 2016 has arrived, and it's a killer track. 'Something From Nothing' features the soothing vocals of Detroit talent Quinn XCII. Different to any of the production you've heard from our shores lately, GRMM perfectly channels that Chet Faker effortlessly-chilled vibe, incorporating heavy bass beats and high percussions. It's hard to categorise GRMM into one genre, but whatever pathway he chooses, we'll be backing him up and look forward to what's in store for GRMM in 2016.
