Live Review: RECLUSE returns with sophisticated banger 'Dusk' feat RROMARIN

2 November 2016 | 11:41 am | Rosie Rae

Melbourne producer RECLUSE releases new pop single featuring Rromarin (Deja) available via Stoney Roads Records

Melbourne producer RECLUSE will have you blissing out with his latest electronic pop single, 'Dusk.' The single features the beautifully distinct vocals of RROMARIN, who's also one half of Triple J unearthed favourites, DEJA. Shimmering and twinkling synths collide with garage beats and passionate vocals to make an all-out banger here with 'Dusk', making it captivating from start to finish.

'Dusk' is a sophisticated track driven by synth and percussion. It's a warm and gooey and it'll definitely get stuck in your head (in the best way possible). Dynamic builds quickly slip away before swirling back together, giving the track a sense of unpredictability as it quickly deviates, constantly evolving on top of itself. Dark but still dance-y, Recluse is in control, showing off his production chops in all their glory.

Recluse may be from Geelong but he's no stranger to the Sydney dance scene. Having experienced massive success with his previous single 'Path of Wind,' Recluse's pop driven jersey dance style has landed him some great friends in the Sidechains family, so it's no wonder he's now set to play at their next party alongside YOUNG FRANCO and SH?M. It's even less of a surprise given how brilliant 'Dusk' is as well.
