Sydney's weekly indie party All My Friends are throwin' their first birthday bash

WOW, we can't believe it's already been a year since Sydney's fav weekly indie party All My Friends was reincarnated at its new home at Waywards, The Bank Hotel in Newtown. Off the back of an appearance at Falls Festival in Lorne over the New Year, the legends at AMF have announced that they'll be celebrating their first birthday at the venue doing what they do best - partying!

It's a free party (as it is every week), and will feature the best new and classic indie & indie dance, with a massive lineup of all your fav AMF DJs coming together for a night of B2B's, beers and boogying. It's all happening this Friday night from 11PM-4AM.

Of the year, AMF founder Josh Kelly says:

“2018 was a great year for All My Friends. From Falls to Splendour to some of the amazing acts we have had play the party it goes to show that people were crying out for a regular indie party in Sydney. It has also been inspiring to see that even in Sydney’s dwindling nightlife economy people are still determined to show up every week and sing and dance to their favourite songs till 4 in the morning. We are looking forward to 2019 and are excited to see what it brings!”

To celebrate the milestone, the legends at AMF have put together an All My Friends 2018 Mixtape filled to the brim with some of the collective's favourite indie tracks of the year past. Listen below to warm you up for their birthday this Friday:
