Disclosure share new single, ‘Ecstasy’

Howard and Guy Lawrence, aka DISCLOSURE, are back with a new song. Following on from their Khalid-featuring ‘Know Your Worth’, which came out earlier this month, the boys are back with an all-out disco/soul banger titled ‘Ecstasy’. According to a statement from the duo, the track features a sample of the 1978 song “Fantasy” by Aquarian Dream, and was created during a session last year at Guy’s house in London.

Disclosure said of the song, “This song is made entirely to get a human being to their feet and directly to the dance floor.”

There’s no word as to whether these singles are taken from a bigger project on the way, but the pair have been busy at work since 2015’s Caracal. From releasing two EPs -one in 2016 and one in 2018- to Guy working on Sam Smith‘s cover of Diana Ross‘ ‘I Feel Love’ and contributing to Mac Miller‘s posthumous record, Circles, the steady output from Disclosure has been consistently impressive. Here’s hoping there’s plenty more new music around the corner. Listen to ‘Ecstasy’ below.
