ChillinIt releases deluxe edition of ‘The Octagon’, reschedules album tour
Breakout Sydney rapper CHILLINIT made history again this year with the release of his eagerly anticipated sophomore album, The Octagon. Following on from 2019 which saw his debut record, Women, Weed & Wordplay, remain in the charts for the entire year since its 2018 release, The Octagon debut at #2 on the charts this year, spent two weeks at #2 on the Australian Artist Album charts, and has racked up over 14 million streams. Now, he’s back to treat fans again with the release of a ‘Deluxe Edition’ of The Octagon which features three brand new tracks as well as a fan favourite.
Along with the inclusion of ‘Overdrive Pt 2’ (which has over 1M views and quickly became #1 trending on Youtube upon its release) to the record, The Octagon Deluxe Edition also includes ‘Trampoline (Booty Bounce)’, ‘Arabian Nights’ which features rising rap star Nerve, and “Stickin To The Facts”.
The news doesn’t stop there, as ChillinIt has also announced he’s rescheduled his album tour to later in the year. The original dates were meant to take place this month, but have been shifted to September and October to make sure the hip hop phenomenon can bring his new record to his fans.
