KULT KYSS - God Is A Bassline

Genre-defying duo KULT KYSS return with a celebration of the emancipation and liberation found on the dance floor in their new single, 'God Is A Bassline'. All about dance music's ability to connect "us to our higher selves," 'God Is A Bassline' sees the duo switch things up with a tech house influence while still maintaining their hedonistic, primal hallmarks. There is no other act in Australia making music like Kult Kyss, and they prove that once again with this release.

MEMPHIS LK - Green Light

A pumping, propulsive and liberating cut, MEMPHIS LK's 'Green Light' is all you need to blow off the steam from the week that was and just let it all out. It's a melting pot of pop, garage and bass-driven electro with Memphis LK showing exactly why she's positioned as one of this year's most exciting emerging acts.

CLEA - Sugar

The ever-impressive CLEA returns this week with another shimmering, dramatic and glorious new single in 'Sugar'. Born from the dread and hopelessness Clea felt during the bushfires earlier this year, 'Sugar' also comes with another cinematic visual courtesy of regular collaborator Jack Birtles, and is another seriously exciting taste of Clea's forthcoming new album.

LEISURE - Slipping Away

Our favourite jazz-infused, electro-tinged RnB outfit returns! Leisure are back this week with 'Slipping Away', a reminder of exactly why we fell in love with them in the first place. Alongside the announcement of a forthcoming new project titled 'Side A',  'Slipping Away' is another seductive, smokey cut all about "knowing you need to step up and be better for the ones you love despite on-going challenges." It's the first release from the New Zealand band after a brief hiatus, and we're so glad they're back!

TINA SAYS - LIMBO (Ft. Jeremy Beamish)

If you're in need of a hard-hitting, bass-driven cut to kick start your weekend, Tina Says has got you covered. Teaming up with Jeremy Beamish, 'Limbo' is a moody yet danceable new track that shows Tina Says continues to keep pushing her craft to new heights.

KITA ALEXANDER - I Miss You, I'm Sorry

There's no denying that Kita Alexander is a future superstar. It's not even a question of if anymore, but when she will reach this title, and with singles like her latest release that's probably not far off. 'I Miss You, I'm Sorry' is one of those perfect pop releases — it hits in all the right places, the hook is so much fun and Kita sings with a raw honesty that draws you in. This one is a bonafide hit in our books!

ELLE MÙSA - Mango Pops

If you're like us and you're yearning for warm sunny days and longer days, Elle Mùsa's 'Mango Pops' is basically that in song form. Marking the start of a new chapter for the artist, 'Mango Pops' is just so lovely. It's reflective and nostalgic, bright and joyful and as she sings "It's all gonna be okay," you can't help believe her.

BRAILLE FACE - You Tornado

Braille Face is back this week with a new single titled 'You Tornado'. A percussive dream, it's a tinkering, spiralling and swelling masterpiece which shows the meticulous producer has been hard at work indeed lately crafting some absolutely stunning new music. 'You Tornado' is full of so much palpable feeling, it stays with you long after it's finished. For fans of Bon Iver, James Blake or even Radiohead, 'You Tornado' is an intelligent but emotive affair you can't help but get lost in.

MOTEZ & QRION - Slow Down

Fresh from releasing his utterly glorious new EP, SoulitudeMotez is back, this time teaming up with Qrion for 'Slow Down'. Keeping with his emotive sounds we have been hearing more and more of throughout his releases, Motez channels this same energy but ups the energy with the help of Qrion to create a thumping dance floor filler.

TOBY - Gold Ft Otiuh

For fans of Mura Masa or KaytranadaToby has teamed up with Perth duo Otiuh for an infectious new jam, 'Gold'. The rising Gold Coast producer pairs a funk-driven beat with Otiuh's unique, energetic flows for an undeniable bop that will keep things nice and warm for you as we head into some colder months. The vibes are high on this one!
