Of Leisure kicks off new playlist series 'Blue Line Tapes' with Fishing
Originally an annual compilation and party, Of Leisure has now entered the world of curation and selection with new playlist series, Blue Line Tapes.
Of Leisure are a label known for taste. Between pumping out tunes from Human Movement, Jack Grace, Made in Paris or Young Franco, they also host Blue Line Steppers, a project aimed at celebrating the musical and creative arts culture that continues to prosper in Sydney and beyond. Originally an annual compilation and party, the brand has now entered the world of curation and selection with a new playlist series titled Blue Line Tapes.
The playlist series aims to put the focus on community-minded artists that heavily contribute to the vibrant Sydney scene and beyond, encouraging them to flaunt a side of their taste often unexplored.
Kicking the series off is Sydney legends Fishing. From their debut project to now, Fishing are one of the more consistent providers of excellent times through taste and it is no surprise to see their selections follow in a similar fashion. It's a 25-track feast from the sonic lands taking you through their influences, new discoveries and everything in between.
“This is a little journey through our listening and feeling recently, we hope it helps you resonate in your own way,” said the Fishing boys.
