Live Review: 100 gecs to finally release remix album this week featuring Fall Out Boy, Danny L Harle, Hannah Diamond and more

100 gecs took to social media last week to announce their long-awaited remix album finally has a release date. Set to drop July 10th, 1000 gecs & the Tree of Clues has been teased by the pair for quite some time, and we've already received quite a few cuts from the record including remixes care of Injury Reserve and A.G. Cook, as well as updated versions of tracks featuring Dorian Electra on 'gec 2 u' and Charli XCX, Rico Nasty and Kero Kero Bonito on 'ringtone'.

Along with the release date, 100 gecs have also shared the cover art and the tracklist, confirming there are plenty more remixes and collabs ready for us to assault our senses with come release day. Fall Out Boy, Danny L Harle, Hannah Diamond, Tommy Cash and more are all also in the mix, meaning 1000 gecs & the Tree of Clues is shaping up to be maybe even more of a wild ride than its original counterpart.

This record comes hot on the heels of a busy time for the pair, having been tapped in their own rights for multiple remixes and collaborations, as well as performing in virtual spaces like Minecraft as a way to connect with fans in the time of COVID-19.
