Live Review: PREMIERE: Friendless delivers feel good dance pop with 'Lemonade'

Following on from his latest critically praised single ‘Intoxicating’ featuring Jade Alice, Sydney-based producer Friendless has returned with his new single ‘Lemonade’. It's fun, vibrant and just silly enough to get you feeling instantly good and we're stoked to be premiering this one on Purple Sneakers today.

With electrifying synths, a pounding bass line and a vocal line that will be stuck in your head for days to come, 'Lemonade' is about as fun as it gets. Unashamedly bonkers, it bangs in all the right places making for a total ear worm you'll be playing over and over again.

Friendless said of the single, “Look I’m not going to try and intellectualise this. With ‘Lemonade’ I wanted to do something that was shamelessly fun and absurd that just makes people smile and want to have fun. This years been a LEMON, lets make some LEMONADE!"

The world is a crazy place right now, and we could all probably do with a bit of fun in our lives. Friendless gives us exactly that with 'Lemonade', it's just straight up dance pop with a whole lot of good vibes. With a video clip due out next month, we can probably expect something fittingly absurd to complement this whacky new track. Until then, this will do us just fine. Listen to 'Lemonade' below:
