SUPERSTYLIN': Groove Armada lead new festival for the modern age, REMIX HOTEL

GROOVE ARMADA leads the charge for the inaugural REMIX HOTEL announcement today, a COVID-safe festival experience with cross-continental guests. Set to merge the physical and virtual worlds, REMIX HOTEL is set to take over the inner city Brisbane designer Ovolo Hotel for one weekend only.

Spearheaded by XR Events, the promoter has reimagined a music and lifestyle festival experience across the weekend of 9th - 11th October 2020. With exclusive international DJ sets broadcast from Groove Armada (London), the father of house music Marshall Jefferson (Manchester) and Jason Bye (Ibiza) as well as local artists including Rachel May, Groove Terminator, Mark James and many more, guests will experience over 16 artists from the luxury of their hotel room or curated entertainment spaces complete with VIP seating.

“Remix Hotel has been a vision ever since our first lockdown back in March,” said XR Events’ Michael Watt. “We’re so proud to be able to have some of the biggest names in clubland contributing to our event. Remix Hotel is a new concept that works within COVID-19 guidelines, it's an entire weekend lifestyle experience like nothing that’s ever been done before.”
