SG Lewis is gearing up for his long-awaited debut album with the release of his newest single 'Feed The Fire' featuring Grammy-nominated artist Lucky Daye.

Arguably one of the most formidable players in the electronic scene, London wonderboy SG Lewis is gearing up for his long-awaited debut album times, with the release of his newest single 'Feed The Fire' featuring Grammy-nominated artist Lucky Daye. Since breaking onto the music scene in 2015, the producer, songwriter and DJ has proven he is an in-demand artist with a knack for effortlessly melding genres that stem from his love of club culture. If his latest single is any indication of what's to come, we're all in for a treat as this global talent continues to add to his already sterling discography.

With a propulsive beat and retro rhythm, SG Lewis' latest tune 'Feed The Fire' featuring Lucky Daye is pure disco with glittery electronica. As bouncing electronic elements swagger throughout smooth sounds of yesteryear, we're taken to new dimensions as the future melds with the past. Adding accents of synth-pop, this futuristic disco anthem maintains a club tempo filling you to the brim with dance energy. As Lucky Daye's smooth vocals amplify this groovy bop, 'Feed The Fire' begins to add elements of sleek RnB that are laden with funk sensibilities.

Once again we are stunned by SG Lewis' unique touch on music, creating a mood and a feeling in his listeners with his vast array of sonic elements. Bright and glittery, this absolute dance magnet feels euphoric, making it some of the very best music from SG Lewis to date.

Talking about his new funk anthem, Lewis said, “‘Feed The Fire’ is the kind of song I’ve wanted to make for a long time and one of my favourites on the album. Lucky’s album 'Painted' is in constant rotation for me and I’d always wanted to hear what he would sound like on something club tempo - the result is better than I ever could have hoped for. So much of this album was inspired by my love of Jamiroquai, so to have Matt Johnson & Simon Hale involved on this song is very surreal.”

Featuring singles 'Feed The Fire', 'Chemicals' and his collaborative track 'Impact' with Robyn and Channel Tres, SG Lewis talks about the inspiration behind his forthcoming body of work saying, "times is an ode to the present moment. 2020 has shown us that the experiences we took for granted in the past, are never promised tomorrow, and that the opportunity to dance together may not always be there again. After reading about 70’s New York and the birth of Disco, I became infatuated with the euphoria and escapism that the music from that period created, and the safe spaces the clubs at the time provided for people to express themselves."

With times set for release February 19, 2021, SG Lewis has definitely impressed us with 'Feed The Fire' and has us hungry for what's to come. If this is anything at all to go by, we're bound for something special come next February!
