Each week, we receive countless submissions of exciting new music, so we’ll be taking you through a weekly wrap up of all our favourite new tunes every Friday called #TrustedForTaste. Follow our Spotify playlist to never miss our updates!

FKA twigs, Headie One, Fred Again.. - Don't Judge Me

Easily one of this week's most hyped releases, FKA twigs joined forces with Headie One and Fred Again.. for 'Don't Judge Me', a song which initially existed as an interlude on Headie and Fred’s GANG mixtape. The trio expanded the song and released it alongside a stunning video which offers powerful commentary on the experience of being black and British in the world today. It's a total winner.

BRONSON - Keep Moving (HAAi Remix)

After the release of their acclaimed album last year, BRONSON (aka ODESZA and GOLDEN FEATURES) released a follow up remix EP featuring the likes of Cassian,O'FlynnSkream and more. Now, in 2021, they're back with the second remix EP and have tapped another veritable "Who's Who" of dance music to contribute. Alongside remixes courtesy of Hayden JamesPatrick Topping and more, HAAi delivers an absolutely blistering rework of 'Keep Moving', creating a breakneck remix that bangs and crashes and races all at once. It goes hard, just the way we like it.

Vetta Borne - Kissing Strangers

After a year of prolific writing, producing and releasing in 2020 having debuted her new project as Vetta Borne, Maribelle Anes is back to finish what she started this year and is kicking the year off with a bang in 'Kissing Strangers'. Instantly affecting, 'Kissing Strangers' features Vetta Borne's impeccable vocals, her funk-driven and soulful production and her penchant for pop-leaning bops — a totally winning combo. It doesn't get much better than this!

Röyksopp & Robyn - Monument (Olof Dreijer Remix)

Originally released as part of their 2014 mini-album, Do It Again, Röyksopp's and Robyn's collaborative single 'Monument' has been gifted the remix treatment nearly seven years on from The Knife's Olof Dreijer. Released via Röyksopp’s Dog Triumph imprint, Dreijer's remix is warm, percussive led and ambitious, taking over the sprawling and expansive original to create a bonafide floor filler.

Aluna - Warrior Ft. SG Lewis (TSHA Remix)

Following the release of her criminally underrated 2020 album Renaissance, Aluna has gifted us with entire remix album, recruiting some of her favourite producers to rework songs from her album like 'Body', 'The Recipe' and 'Warrior'. Amongst the likes of UNIIQU3 and The Martinez Brothers, rising producer TSHA has been tapped to rework the SG Lewis-featuring 'Warrior'. It's glorious, expansive and evocative, and another stellar addition to TSHA's growing catalogue. Aluna said of the remix release, "For the first time in a long time we have the idea of a better future to celebrate, one with more unity than ever before and that’s what this remix collection embodies - it’s more like a festival line up of the future than a remix album - melanated, lgbtqia, global and bringing the queen shit."

serpentwithfeet - Fellowship

Released alongside the news of his new album, DEACON, being set for release come March 26th, Baltimore-raised, Los Angeles-based artist serpentwithfeet has shared the album’s lead single, 'Fellowship'. Co-written and co-produced by serpent with Sampha and Lil Silva, serpent dedicated the absolutely beautiful single "to anyone who has had a good friend or been a good friend." Given his 2018 album, soil, was one of that year's most praised releases, and the fact that 'Fellowship' is gorgeous from start to finish, DEACON will undoubtedly be a major highlight in 2021.

MICHELLE - FYO

NYC Collective MICHELLE's new single 'FYO' powerfully recounts the four lead singers’ experiences growing up with mixed race identities. It shows the group infuse their experiences with their RnB/pop sound, heavenly harmonies and intoxicating synth lines to create an immediately catchy bop that isn't afraid to be honest and raw. It's impressive and exciting, and makes us very excited indeed to hear more.

Pink Sweat$ - At My Worst (Ft. Kehlani)

Although this song came out in 2020, Pink Sweat$ has decided to breathe new life into his single 'At My Worst', recruiting none other than Kehlani for a guest verse. Adding her own soulful contribution in which she details a deep love, these two prove a winning team indeed. Let's hope this isn't the last time they're on a song together!

Made in Paris - Wonderlust featuring Simonne Jones

Made in Paris possesses a resume which boasts so many achievements including incredible festival sets, scoring major airplay with her single 'Pursuit' on triple j, remixing tracks for the likes of RUFUS DU SOL and Luttrell, and releasing on Oliver Koletzki’s Stil Vor Talent, Poesie Music and her own label Upon Access. Now, in 2021, she is set to add "releasing her debut mini-album, Exordium" to that growing resume, and kicks things off in style with the feature single out this week titled 'Wonderlust'. Teaming up with Simonne Jones for vocals, 'Wonderlust' is pulsing, mystical, and the kind of captivating melodic techno we love from the rising producer. We can't wait to hear more!

Posture - Ready

Lifted from a forthcoming EP titled Brain Dance out next month via Sydney label VelodromePosture returns with 'Ready', a high energy slice of techno which is as gripping as it is meditative. Dynamic and transfixing, Posture delivers a stellar single in 'Ready', positioning Brain Dance as an EP not to be missed come its Feb 11 release date!
