Arcadia back bigger and better than ever for 2021 festival
Having confirmed it was back in action in 2021, South East Queensland boutique festival ARCADIA has delivered even more good news for punters this week with the unveiling of their final line up announcement. This year marks the festival’s fifth edition, and will see it return to the idyllic setting of Goomburra Valley from May 1st to 3rd.
Helmed by the already announced headliners of Made in Paris and First Beige, Arcadia attendees will be getting down to these two epic acts plus so many more, with Luke Alessi, Pink Matter, Sevader, Squidgenini, ALONE, Borderland State, Hannah D & Jaime Forson, Ministry of Mars, Respect Guy, Tokyo Twilight, Pleasuredome DJs and Arrowsmith & Juz Playin all locked in for the 2021 Arcadia music bill. Local crews A Love Supreme with Dameeeela, Southbound and Pink Mountain Events will be on site for stage takeovers, while visual artists Owlet, Isobel K and Taneal Teresa will be creating works at the festival site. Main stage visuals will be provided courtesy of Satans Rainbow.
Organisers said to Purple Sneakers, “We are really proud to announce our biggest and most diverse lineup to date for the fifth edition of Arcadia. Given the current climate, it has been a challenging time for everyone in our industry and we cannot wait to reunite under the starry skies of the Granite Belt.”
Limited tickets for the BYO camping festival remain, and go for $115 for a week pass and $75 for single day and night passes. All tickets purchased for the 2020 event remain valid for 2021, and organisers have confirmed they will be continuing to monitor COVID requirements to ensure patron safety. Shaping up to be an incredible experience for music lovers, this is not a festival to miss. For all details, head HERE.
