Live Review: PREMIERE: Toby Hobart flexes his talent on new single, 'i think I'm in love with u'

Up and coming rising star, Toby Hobart is gearing up to release his brand new single, 'i think i'm in love with u'. Since the age of 6, he's been enthralled by the art of music. Since then he's mastered the the piano and has become a multi-instrumentalist and producer. Its through music Hobart has an emotional outlet, a way of presenting himself in a raw, authentic and relatable way. His new single, 'i think i'm in love with u' reflects this ethos perfectly, and is premiering via Purple Sneakers right now.

The track is co-produced by James Angus who has worked with the likes of The Veronica's, Example, Carmouflage Rose. The production gives the track a retro feel, blending pop and R&B into a tasteful crossover. It lays the perfect groundwork for Toby Hobart to do his thing vocally. The vocal gives the track its glisten, utilising countermelodies and layered vocals to maximise the productions vibrant happiness. He wants his audience to know he's just a normal guy doing normal things and 'i think i'm in love with u's glow will radiate to listeners upon their first listen.

Speaking on what ‘I Think I I’m In Love With U’ reflects about himself Toby shares with us: “Joy, happiness, not being taken too serious all the time. That being said, there's definitely a time and place for more serious/sad/personally significant tracks and I will always continue to write and release those as well, however, I just really want to show people more of who I am most of the time.”
