Ari Lennox - Pressure

R&B Queen Ari Lennox is back with long anticipated new music, releasing ‘Pressure’, produced by powerhouse trio Jermaine Dupri, Bryan-Michael Cox, and Johntá Austin, the team behind albums like Mariah Carey’s ‘The Emancipation of Mimi’ and Usher’s Confessions. What’s created is a beautiful arrangement of R&B goodness. Layered vocals, beautiful piano chords and a rumbling bass line combine perfectly with Ari’s dominant lead vocal.

SO.Crates - Beaut-I-Full World feat. Zima and Kalala

Naarm based hip-hop duo SO.Crates have announced forthcoming AA side, ‘Beaut-I-Full World / Fresh Gold Bloom-Age’. The first taste of the release is out today, featuring Zima and Kalala. The track is a melting pot of warm grooves and deep soul. It’s one of the most gorgeous tracks of the year.

Shady Nasty - PRETTYB0YZ

​​Eora/Sydney’s Shady Nasty release new single ‘PRETTYB0YZ’ taken from their upcoming EP CLUBSMOKE, set for release on October 8. Once again, they deliver a moody, yet comical take on contemporary culture, playing with common tropes of their hometown. On the record they deal with clout, manage the Harbour city’s grind or die attitude, as well as give a very potent shoutout to cultural icon of Sydney, the Cuvie.  

Syd - Right Track (feat. Smino)

Syd of The Internet and Odd Future acclaim is back with another gorgeous neo-soul/R&B tinged single. This time, she’s recruited St Louis favourite, Smino to deliver guest vocals. The track is an uptempo, seductive cut, where a harsh, punchy drum line combines sweetly with the tracks heavenly melodic elements. 

Haviah Mighty - Tesla

Polaris Prize-winning Tkaronto / Toronto rapper Haviah Mighty today shares her triumphant new single, 'Tesla'. The track is taken from her highly anticipated forthcoming mixtape, ‘Stock Exchange’ set for release on the 12th of November. On ‘Tesla’ Mighty utlises imaginative futuristic samples, warped synth melodies and a banging percussion line to sit beneath her autotuned chorus and hard hitting verses. 

Austen - The Fire

Rising pop star Austen has released her new single, ‘The Fire’. The track is taken from her forthcoming sophomore EP, ‘SMALL’. The track is a glitchy, wonderful expose in gorgeous synths and catchy lyrics, creating an ethereal dreamscape. It channels house, electronica, psychedelic pop, combining the mantras off the genres together perfectly. 

Baby Keem - scapegoats

Rap protogé Baby Keem has released his highly anticipated record, ‘The Melodic Blue’. On the record, Keem lives up to the hype as one of the most exciting rappers of his generation. From banging 808s to soulful sung melodies the record provides on every front. 

Triple One - Blood Rave

Not long after the release of their widely successful debut album, ‘Panic Force’, Triple One have released their new single, ‘Blood Rave’. Co-produced by Lucianblomkamp, the track feels and breathes Triple One. Viscerous bars in the verses combine perfectly with an evocative hook from Lil Dijon. 

Molly Payton - When Skies Were Always Blue

Molly Payton has released her new ‘When Skies Were Always Blue’, the latest single and video from her forthcoming mini-album ‘Slack’, out October 1. The track provides what we’ve come to know the New Zealand born, London songwriter for. An inspiration vocal delivery sits above a growing, tension building instrumental. It’s emotional, it leaves everything on the line, and it once again builds even more hype for the Molly Payton train.

박혜진 Park Hye Jin - Where Did I Go

박혜진 Park Hye Jin has today released her highly-anticipated debut album Before I Die. The album is entirely written, produced and performed by the South Korean, LA based artist. An early standout from the EP is track 6, ‘Where Did I Go’, a glitzy, piano led, trip-hop experience. This album is giving from all angles, expertly dominating every genre she touches.
