"We have decided together that we have taken the project as far as it can go musically and it’s time for us to focus on our other projects,"
Seminal house music duo Brame & Hamo have announced that their Australian tour this month will be their last as a duo.
The Sligo, Ireland raised, Berlin based group have become renowned for their effortless house music, and have toured the globe multiple times as one of dance music's most recognised dance music names.
They today took to Instagram that the duo will be no more.
"After almost 10 years of working together our Australia tour starting this weekend will be the final Brame & Hamo tour. We have decided together that we have taken the project as far as it can go musically and it’s time for us to focus on our other projects," the duo open their statement.
"We both had such an amazing time working together since 2013 but feel now it’s best to focus on the aspects of music that we love the most, Hamo focusing on production and song writing with his New Spectrum project. Brame focusing on DJing and running the label with his Spray project. We both have so much respect for each other as artists and are excited for what’s to come for each other."

"We both want to thank everyone so much for all their support over the years. We never thought when we started making music together In Sligo that we would be privileged enough to be able to travel the world for 8 years with the project and get to work with and meet so many talented people including lots of our inspirations. Huge huge love to everyone who supported our music and came out to the gigs since the start."
The duo will release one final Brame * Hamo EP, packed with music that they've been playing out for the past couple of years. The tracks have already stirred a storm online, being some of the hottest IDs in the post COVID circuit.
"In saying all of this we are really excited and proud to put out one final Brame & Hamo EP - One that we have been playing for the last couple of years and lots of people have been requesting. We feel that it’s the perfect note to close out the project with and captures all of the sounds we wanted to project for B&H."
