Juicy Fest Set To Return In 2025

The line-up announcement date for Australia’s premier R&B music festival, Juicy Fest, has been pushed back, with organisers set to announce the details of the 2025 event next week.
Juicy Fest, which takes place in eight cities across Australia and New Zealand, was primed to announce its 2025 line-up today, but last night, festival organisers revealed that the announcement would have to wait as they’re locking in an act at the last minute.
A Juicy Fest Instagram post reads, “NEWS BEFORE THE NEWS! We’ve been given a late opportunity to add to Juicy Fest 2025 and to make sure we consider this properly we’ve pushed the line-up announcement out to next week. Stay tuned because the line-up is stacked!”
The 2024 edition of Juicy Fest was headlined by some of hip-hop and R&B’s greatest trailblazers, including T-Pain, Ashanti, and T.I. The rest of the line-up featured 90s and 2000s legends such as Mase, Trey Songz, Fabolous, Bizzy Bone, Keri Hilson, and Mario.
Juicy Fest 2024 kicked off in Christchurch on 3 January before heading to Wellington, Tauranga, and Auckland. It then trekked to Australia to blow minds in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and the Gold Coast throughout mid-to-late January.
Drama struck this year’s event just days from when the festival was due to take place, with The Game dropping out of the festival tour due to passport issues. It was also announced that Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s Krayzie Bone would no longer be performing. Bizzy Bone flew solo to represent the group after news broke in September about Krayzie Bone’s health issues.

The Wellington, New Zealand, date was then hit with controversy after devolving into a mess of arrests and gang presence.
In Melbourne, Victoria Police ramped up drug-busting efforts after punters suffered overdoses at Hardmission Festival just days before Juicy was set to take place.
Over 100,000 punters attended the inaugural Juicy Fest events in 2023. Festival spokesperson Matthew Spratt said the follow-up event would be “bigger and better” and added, “The 2024 event will be built upon the success of our inaugural year to become one of the leading music festivals on the Australian and New Zealand calendar.”
