Live Review: Kira Puru drops an anthemic track in 'Everything Is Better Without You'

Following the success of her self-titled EP, Kira Puru is back & better than ever with her new single 'Everything Is Better Without You'.

Following the success of last year's self-titled EP, KIRA PURU is back and better than ever with her new single 'Everything Is Better Without You'. The track goes hand in hand with the announcement of her biggest headline tour to date, making Puru's perpetual motion a force to be reckoned with.

'Everything Is Better Without You' is uncompromising and uninhibited as Puru boldly upholds her unique presence in Australia's pop scene. It has a similar confident attitude that evolves the sound of her 2018 EP, which included the track 'Molotov' that was featured in triple j's Hottest 100 this year and has clocked up over 2.5 million streams. The catchy, shiny pop chorus embraces Puru's strong powerhouse vocals, which creates an energy that encourages the listener to dig deeper into the true meaning of the lyrics.

"It's an anthem for anyone who has had to make the decision to distance themselves from a toxic relationship of any kind. It's essentially about empowerment, healing from a broken heart and emerging stronger, smarter, better and more badass" said Puru of the track.
