Miiesha - Damaged
The powerful storytelling of Miiesha returns as soulful and captivating as ever in her new single ‘Damaged’. The track explores family dynamics and the way that trauma, grief and pain can elevate tensions within that hyper emotional environment. On the tracks sentiment, she explains, “’Damaged’ is my most personal song yet, and the most painful for me. It is a song about the broken relationship I have with my mother, and how much I have wanted it to heal, and how much I have tried to fix it, only to find myself hurting more.”

Jorja Smith - Bussdown (feat. Shaybo)
Queen Jorja Smith returns to the limelight releasing her brand new highly-anticipated 8-track project, ‘Be Right Back’. The record delivers some of her most emotive and imaginative songs of her career yet. String heavy production, features perfectly under her incredible vocal delivery, creating a cohesive collection of songs that also present as extremely diverse. On the project’s purpose, she states, “It’s called 'Be Right Back' because it’s just something I want my fans to have right now, this isn’t an album and these songs wouldn’t have made it. If I needed to make these songs, then someone needed to hear them too.”
IJALE - MI GORENG
Naarm-based vocalist, producer & rapper IJALE has released a new single, ‘MI GORENG’. The track details the challenges, ups and downs faced by emerging creatives taking ownership over their art and becoming self-sustaining off the back of it. IJALE has a unique swag, channeling the likes of Isaiah Rashad and Saba, he combines silky smooth jazz infused beats with lighthearted lyricism with his signature melodic flow and lighthearted lyricism.
Donatachi - B2B Heartbeat ft. Cowgirl Clue
Eora producer Donatachi is back with another hyper pop banger, this time featuring Southern California-based Cowgirl Clue. Again Donatachi stuns with their ability to push the boundaries via forward thinking soundscapes in the hyperpop world. Cowgirl Clue’s sugary sweet vocals add a new level to Donatachi’s high tier production, combining to create a track that is as cute as it is fierce.
PRICIE - FRIENDZONE feat. Genesis Owusu
PRICIE is on fire, with just her second single ‘FRIENDZONE’ delivering again on all fronts. The track showcases PRICIE’s gorgeous emotive vocals, complemented perfectly by that classic infectious lyricism from Genesis Owusu contrasted by a simplistic yet effective hip hop beat.
Eilish Gilligan - Up All Night
Sneaks favourite Eilish Gilligan is back with new single “Up All Night” cowritten with legends Alex Lahey and Gab Strum (Japanese Wallpaper). It channels all the character that we’ve come to know and love from Eilish with a unique twist. It’s dynamic and stunning, equal arts playful and anthemic.
SAMPOLOGY - Memories In Flight
Meanjin producer Sampology has shared his expansive new single 'Memories In Flight' alongside the announcement of his new album ‘Regrowth’, out September 3rd. The track is a showcase of his expansive production skills. On it, he builds a flourishing nature infused soundscape, combining electronic and field recording elements to create an all enveloping, mindfulness triggering 4 minute journey.
Budjerah - Missing You feat. Matt Corby
Following his widely acclaimed stunning debt, Budjerah as shared a live rendition of the project, releasing ‘Budjerah - Live At Rainbow Valley’. Produced and co-written by Matt Corby at his Rainbow Valley Studio, the EP reimagines the formidable vocalist alongside some incredible feature performances Ainslie Wills, JK-47, Matt Corby, Ngaiire and Stevan. It’s standout is the Matt Corby featured ‘Missing You’, the perfect reinvention of an already stunning track, with one of Australia’s most acclaimed songwriters.
ONEFOUR, CG - Breaks & Caddy’s (Street Guide Part 02)
ONEFOUR are back with the second track in their Street Guide series, with Breaks and Caddy’s. The group channels the old saying, ‘If it isn't broken, don't fix it’ with their signature sound, delivery and tenacity reigning harder than ever. The single’s a flex just to make sure everyone is still aware, that the Western Sydney based group, is the best in the business.
Human Movement - Sorry Ms. Jackson
King of the 1s and 2s Human Movement has thrown up a cheeky tool on his Bandcamp over the week, flipping Janet Jackson’s iconic hit ‘Together Again’. Already getting some love from Logic1000, the track reflects the current energy in the reopening of Australia's nightlife with the eradication (to a certain extent) of COVID19 locally. Big rumbling acid lines, simple percussion and an overall banging tune.
